The Peli branch in Germany always offered a great, fast and solid service. They are very responsive. This is the second time I order a back replacement for my Peli 1620. Wheels broke after 23 years of heavy treat around the world. By the way, the design of this back part of the 1620 can be improved by making the wheels replaceable without the need to replace the whole back of the case (that's why my 4 stars rate). This design issue is well solved in other models like the 1510. Anyway, I'm happy to have my wheels ready to go up again, for 23 years more.

The rollers and the handle on the Peli Case were just worn off after so many years of use. The backplate is easy to install. The Peli Case is use is now ready for many more years of reliable service.
