Order FAQ

Will I get an invoice for my order?

A printed delivery note will be included with each shipment. Your invoice will be emailed as signed PDF document to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I get a quote prior to place an order?

Yes, you can. Requests for a quote from EU and non-EU countries need to placed by email including the desired shipping/invoice address and VAT-Id. number if applicable. You will receive a complete offer, showing all net pricing plus handling and shipping as PDF file. In order to place your order you will then need to confirm the order by email and submit your payment.

Where do you ship to?

We do ship to all countries of the European Union and the following non-EU countries: Canada, Japan, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, USA.

We do NOT ship to Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Russia.

Other countries: Please contact us with your Peli material needs. We will check, if shipping to your address is possible and email you an offer in PDF format. Please provide your complete invoice/shipping address with your inquiry.

How long does it take until I get my order?

All items marked with or are in stock and ship within 1 working day after the receipt of your order and payment. The delivery time to you depends upon your whereabout. We ship small parcels with DHL or General Logistic Systems, a parcel service. It takes between 1 and 6 days until the package arrives. Large orders are dispatched with KN, a freight forwarding company. Here it usually takes 1-7 days until your palette is delivered.

Can I see what the status of my order is?

  • Once your order is accepted into our system, you will receive an email with the PDF order confirmation attached.
  • Once your payment is processed, packing list and delivery note are automatically generated and the packing process in our warehouse is started.
  • This usually takes place the same day (order before noon) or the next business day (order after noon) after your order is placed.
  • Depending on the shipment service the daily pickup is between 11am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Once your order is picked up by the shipper, we supply you with the parcel tracking number.
  • Using that number, you can look up the whereabouts of your package / palette online.

Can I personally pick up orders from your warehouse in Berlin, Germany?

We are an online business with an office and a warehouse. Our warehouse is not accessible to the public.

However you can place your order as "pick up" order. We will then fetch your order from our warehouse and deposit it in our office. This usually takes one day. We will notify you when the order is ready. Then you can pick up your order at our office address.
