INJECTION MOULDED CASES (PELI AND PELI STORM CASES)

PELI LEGENDARY GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE
Peli Products, S.L.U. (“Peli”) guarantees its injection moulded products for a lifetime* against breakage or defects in workmanship. Peli™ injection moulded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Peli’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the case has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
*Lifetime guarantee not applicable where prohibited by law.

ROTO MOULDED CASES (PELI-HARDIGG CASES)

PELI 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ROTO MOULDED CONTAINERS
Peli Products, S.L.U. (“Peli”) warrants to the original purchaser of its rotationally moulded containers that its containers will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Such warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Peli warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice date. To the extent permitted by law, Peli’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the container has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

PELI LEGENDARY GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE
Peli Products, S.L.U. guarantees its lights for a lifetime* against breakage or defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the light has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Peli Products, S.L.U. warrants its AALG products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

PELI BACKPACK GUARANTEE
Peli Products, S.L.U. (“Peli”) guarantees that its Peli™ injection moulded hard case compartment (when present) is guaranteed for a lifetime* against breakage or defects in workmanship. Peli injection moulded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated. Peli warrants to the original purchaser that the fabric backpack will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. COOLERS (PELI PROGEAR ELITE COOLERS)

PELI LEGENDARY GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE
Peli Products, S.L.U. (“Peli”) guarantees its coolers for a lifetime* against breakage or defects in workmanship. To the extent permitted by law, Peli’s liability is limited to the cooler and not its contents. This lifetime* guarantee does not cover rubber feet, drain plug/spigot, gasket, or other cooler accessories, which Peli warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Peli coolers are not intended for the storage or transportation of hazardous substances. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the cooler has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
